IBC Delivery Kit

Our complete delivery kits as shown includes a standard coarse threaded 60mm IBC adaptor, 2 hose tails, length of 25mm reinforced hose, 2 jubilee clips, roll of PTFE tape and trigger nozzle. We have 1m, 3m, 5m and 7m hose length kits available, please select your option from the menu below. If you are purchasing the nozzle on it's own it will come with a 1" to 25mm hose tail.

This flexible lightweight set up is perfect for your IBC, releasing the pressure and weight most delivery kits will exert onto your IBC outlet. The adaptor has a swivel connection allowing you to twist and turn the nozzle and hose to fill your containers. The 25 mm reinforced hose you can see in the picture is suitable for a wide range of applications.

The hose tails will come attached to the end of the hose and jubilee clipped ready. 

The hose is suitable for oil/fuel delivery lines, water and certain agricultural chemicals. Manufactured out of FDA food quality approved materials it is also suitable for foodstuffs.

Temperature range: -15 C to +60 C

The trigger nozzle is suitable for oils and fuels and has a working pressure of 5 bar (72 psi).  The maximum flow of the trigger nozzle is 120 Litres per minute. Nozzle is a manual shut off with the application to leave the nozzle running without having to manually hold the trigger down to fill your container or vehicle.

The black nozzle suitable for diesel, oils, water and chemicals has been upgraded to have a stainless steel 316 spring which has been coated with ETFE.

** The IBC adaptor will screw onto a standard 60 mm outlet with a very coarse buttress thread. **
