Quick Release Camlock IBC Delivery Kit

Our complete delivery kits as shown includes a standard coarse threaded 60mm IBC adaptor to 1 inch Male Camlock, 1 inch Female camlock to 25 hose tail,a 25 mm hose tails with BSP thread to fit the nozzle, a length of 25mm reinforced hose, 2 jubilee clips, roll of PTFE tape and trigger nozzle. 

The female camlock to hose tail as well as the hose tail will come attached to the end of the hose and jubilee clipped ready.

The adblue delivery kit options kit come with a specially manufactured and designed Adblue nozzle with a 19 mm end. Nozzle is made from reinforced blue PA6 nylon material.

This flexible lightweight set up is perfect for your IBC, releasing the pressure and weight most delivery kits will exert onto your IBC outlet. The 25 mm reinforced hose you can see in the picture is suitable for a wide range of applications.
 

The hose is suitable for oil/fuel delivery lines, water and certain agricultural chemicals. Manufactured out of FDA food quality approved materials it is also suitable for foodstuffs.

Temperature range: -15 C to +60 C

The trigger nozzle is suitable for oils and fuels and has a working pressure of 5 bar (72 psi).  The maximum flow of the trigger nozzle is 120 Litres per minute. Nozzle is a manual shut off with the application to leave the nozzle running without having to manually hold the trigger down to fill your container or vehicle.

The black nozzle suitable for diesel, oils, water and chemicals has been upgraded to have a stainless steel 316 spring which has been coated with ETFE.
