Adblue IBC Delivery Kit
This IBC Delivery kit comes with a specially manufactured and designed Adblue nozzle with a 19 mm end. Nozzle is made from reinforced blue PA6 nylon material.
Complete delivery kit is shown which includes standard coarse 60mm IBC adaptor, 2 hose tails, length of 25mm reinforced hose, 2 jubilee clips, roll of PTFE tape and trigger nozzle. We have 1m, 3m, 5m and 7m hose length kits available, please select your option from the menu below. If you are purchasing the nozzle on it's own it will come with a 1" to 25mm hose tail.
This flexible lightweight set up is perfect for your IBC, releasing the pressure and weight most delivery kits will exert onto your IBC outlet. The adaptor has a swivel connection allowing you to twist and turn the nozzle and hose to fill your containers. The 25 mm reinforced hose you can see in the picture is suitable for a wide range of applications.
The trigger nozzle is suitable for oils and fuels and has a working pressure of 5 bar (72 psi). The maximum flow of the trigger nozzle is 90 Litres per minute. Nozzle is a manual shut off with the application to leave the nozzle running without having to manually hold the trigger down to fill your container or vehicle.
** The IBC adaptor will screw onto a standard 60 mm outlet with a very coarse buttress thread. **
The hose tails will come attached to the end of the hose and jubilee clipped ready.
