Dust Suppression System

Our Dust Suppression System is to be used in conjunction with a Schuetz IBC tank.

We have two options available. The Kit on it's own or the complete set up with a 1000 Litre IBC tank and the Dust Suppression System.

If ordering the Dust Suppression Kit on it's own you will have to have a Schuetz manufactured IBC tank with a 60 mm coarse IBC thread. If your IBC is manufactured by another company or your outlet has a different size thread or thread pitch we can supply alternative adaptors, however the metal bars may not fit.

The Dust Suppression Kit comes complete with:

•  an IBC adaptor
•  a Tee piece
•  2 x lengths of MDPE pipe blanked off with 10 x 8mm holes drilled either side
•  2 x Stainless Steel support bars
•  clamps, nuts and bolts to secure.

The kit has been designed to allow water through the adaptor tee piece and 750mm lengths of 50mm MDPE pipe to allow the water onto the surface to dampen dust.

We will send the pictures in this listing so you have some visual instructions on how to connect it together.

If purchased with an IBC you will receive a recycled tank that has been once used and previously held a fruit juice or a glucose before having a water wash. It will be in fantastic condition and as per the image. The IBC provided will come on either a steel or plastic base.

If being delivered to London, Scotland or Northern Ireland there will be a delivery supplement.
