This is an extended IBC Cap and Spout fitting. The plastic cap screws onto the 2 inch (60mm) IBC buttress thread of your IBC outlet. The cap screws over the top of a plastic spout, and a thick rubber seal stops water leakage. The plastic spout allows a high flow rate out of your IBC directed farther out from your outlet.
As seen in the image, the fitting is in 3 parts, this allows the spout to be twisted in any direction, providing greater flexibility for the outlet. This is unlike a one piece cap which may end up facing in the wrong or a difficult direction.
