This is an IBC Cap and Spout fitting. The plastic cap screws onto the 2 inch (60mm) IBC buttress thread of your IBC outlet. The cap screws over the top of a plastic spout, and a thick rubber seal stops water leakage. The plastic spout allows a high flow rate out of your IBC directed farther out from your outlet. Also provided will be the cap filler, which can be used to close off the IBC outlet when the spout is not required.
As seen in the image, the fitting is in 3 parts, this allows the spout to be twisted in any direction, providing greater flexibility for the outlet. This is unlike a one piece cap which may end up facing in the wrong or a difficult direction.
