This is a robust plastic adaptor that screws onto a 4" (100mm) IBC buttress thread. The adaptor ends in a 2" female BSP thread.
The adaptor can be used to attach your IBC to any fitting that uses a 2" male BSP thread, these include: hosetails, valves, taps, plastic pipe, bends, T-sections and reducers.
The adaptor is a strong plastic fitting that comes with a very thick seal. To ensure you have the right outleted IBC to fit this IBC fitting you should double check that your IBC outlet is 4" wide and has a very coarse buttress thread (having a maximum of 2 or 3 threads) on the outside.
If you are unsure as to the size of the thread on your IBC outlet take a look at our informative video showing you all the different shapes and sizes - Facebook IBC Outlet Video
